The Computer-Assisted Translation software we use can extract text from popular file types such as Word, Excel, InDesign and xliff, and then reinsert the translated text back into the original format. However, sometimes clients will want a separate DTP or typesetting service to insert the text manually, or a check of the final version if they have done it themselves.

We would recommend these services for brochures, marketing materials, operating manuals, training materials and anything else intended for publication.

And especially for languages which use non-Latin alphabets, such as Arabic, Russian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali.
