Localisation

Localisation means adapting your text to a country or region where the vocabulary and grammar can be considerably different, for example, US English to UK English. When we localise your text, we also consider cultural sensitivities, currencies, date format, addresses and phone numbers, plus any idiomatic and slang expressions.

This service is often requested to ensure that the language used is completely focused towards the target audience and that there is nothing that could alienate them.

The degree to which we go depends entirely on your requirements. It can be basic grammar and spelling, or complex research such as replacing local area statistics.
