Desktop publishing

Our Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) software can extract text from many popular file types, including Word, Excel and InDesign, and then reinsert the translated text back into the original format. However, sometimes clients will require a separate desktop publishing service to insert the text manually into their required format, or check the final document if they have done the formatting themselves.

We would recommend this service for brochures, marketing materials, operating manuals, training materials and anything else intended for publication.

And especially for languages that use non-Latin alphabets, such as Arabic, Russian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali.
